At RE/MAX Adam Wahed we utilize both the traditional, tried-and-true methods of advertisement, as well as some of the newest electronic programs to get your property information into the homes and offices of the people that matter most.


 

Professional photography:  for every listing to help increase exposure of your home.

Complementary staging:  for every listing to ensure your home shows at its best.

 

Newspaper Ads: I occasionally run ads in the Real Estate Weekly to advertise my listings and my website.

 

Bulk Mail Flyers: Periodically I mail professionally designed and printed flyers to homes in the TriCity area, advertising listing information as well as my website.

 

In-Office Flyers: Every time the listing information for your property changes, i.e. price adjustment, I create a flyer that I distribute to all the realtors in my office as well as the other real estate offices here in TriCity. This way, your property stays at the top of their minds and they have the most up to date information about it.

 

Realtor's Tour: Once a week the realtors in our office visit new listings within the office, and I make sure all of my listings are on the tour. This way your home is more than just information on paper, realtors can better describe it to their buyers, and it stays foremost their minds.

 

Hot Marketer: This is a high-tech computer program that generates catchy, animated advertisements and sends them to the email addresses in my address book. I create these presentations to advertise your home as a new listing, and also to announce updates to the listing. I then send them to all the people I know who are interested in buying, and to the majority of realtors in the TriCity. 

 

MLS or "Multiple Listing Service" This is the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board system that all realtors use to gain information on everything on the market at a given time. It includes up to eight pictures of a given property plus all the vital stats. It is the most important network of information for realtors, sellers, and buyers alike because it is totally comprehensive. The biggest disadvantage to For Sale By Owners is that their home is not part of this system, and therefore most serious buyers won't even know your house is for sale.

  

 

MLS has their own website where all of the listings are posted. This is an excellent resource that generates a large number of prospective buyers who are just "surfing" as their first effort in buying. Many of those prospects turn into real buyers.

 

 

RE/MAX Canada also has a website where all RE/MAX listings are posted with the same information and pictures as are available through MLS.

 

www.adamwahed.com: I post all of my listings on my website. One advantage I have over the MLS and RE/MAX websites is that I can post as many pictures as I want--usually 8 to 20 per listing. I also post maps of your area. My site receives hits daily, and I am contacted often by potential buyers through my site. That makes 3 different web addresses where potential buyers can view your home.
